Bitgert BRC20 is a chain that launched mid-February and has overtaken all the blockchains.

Blockchain technology adoption is growing fast and is also advancing fast. A decade down the line after the launch of Bitcoin, we have thousands of blockchain-based projects competing. Today, the hottest topic is comparing various blockchain projects’ features. Among the most popular blockchains right is Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), and Bitgert (BRISE).

But there are differences between them in terms of performance, with scaling being one of the major measures. So, which of these blockchains is the fastest? Well, here are some interesting facts about these blockchains regarding their speed:

Bitgert

We will go straight for the fastest blockchain in the industry right now, the Bitgert BRC20 blockchain. Bitgert BRC20 is a chain that launched in mid-February and has overtaken all the blockchains in terms of speed after reaching 100k transactions per second. This is an impressive speed and has every wanting to use the Bitgert chain.

This means Bitgert BRC20 has overtaken Solana, which for the longest time has been the fastest chain with 65k TPS at the moment. In addition to that, the Brise chain is the only blockchain with a zero gas fee mechanism. That’s how powerful the Bitgert BRC20 blockchain is.

Centcex

The Centcex project has been exciting the crypto community, and that’s why the coin is doing quite well. Though the project has not started building its own blockchain, there have been rumors that the Centcex team is developing a blockchain as one of the products.

If this happens, this project has compared with Bitgert, which might surprise us with the fastest chain. Note the Centcex exchange is expected to deliver 1 million transactions per second. Therefore, the Centcex blockchain might be a big deal.

Solana

Since the Solana blockchain started, it has been the fastest blockchain in the industry. In fact, the Solana blockchain’s fast speed has been why the coin grew so fast in a short period to enter the list of top 10 largest cryptocurrencies. But the coming of the Bitgert BRC20 blockchain has pushed Solana to the second-fastest blockchain. The Solana chain will need to beat the Bitgert blockchain speed to reclaim its position. But that will be a tall order for the coin.

Avalanche

From the data that the Avalanche team has provided, this blockchain has the capability of supporting around 4,500 transactions per second. This is better than Ethereum, Bitcoin and even Cardano, which is one of the reasons AVAX has been doing well. But Avalanche has been beaten by Solana, and now Bitgert has overtaken it. Bitgert is also a tough avalanche competitor because of its EVM compatibility. Therefore, the Avalanche chain might need to do more than just work on speed to beat Bitgert.

Cardano

Cardano is not even close to the Bitgert BRC20 blockchain speed. The Cardano blockchain speed is around 250 TPS, making it the slowest chain on this list. But it is faster than Ethereum and bitcoin, which is why it managed to grow, such as a huge marketcap. However, Cardano has a scaling protocol upgrade that could push its TPS 1 million, making it faster than Bitgert BRC20. But this has to wait before the hydra upgrade is successfully completed. As of this writing, the Cardano TPS was 250.
