Market Rises As Bitcoin Gains 4.29%, Ethereum Rises 4.68%

The cryptocurrency market was trading with gains on January 12, 2023, as most cryptocurrencies were trading in the green, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Binance Coin (BNB).

The overall crypto market cap was up by 3.17 per cent to $884.75 billion, and its trading volume was up by 42.26 per cent to $48.30 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 5:15 PM IST on January 12, 2023.

SOL was the most trending coin, followed by BTC and BNB, respectively. Avalanche (AVAX) was the top gainer with an increase of 21.50 per cent.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: BTC was up by 4.29 per cent to $18,199.44. BTC’s trading volumes were up by 53.36 per cent at $24.48 billion. BTC was swinging between $17,477 and $18,187 over the last 24 hours.

BTC was trending second, and its dominance is currently at 39.6 per cent.

Binance: Binance (BNB) was trading with gains this evening. It was up by 1.91 per cent to $283.31.

Its trading volumes were up by 23.04 per cent to $541.798,861.

Ethereum: Ethereum (ETH) was trading with gains of 4.68 per cent at $1,397.91 in the last 24 hours on Thursday evening.

Ethereum rose constantly, and Its trading volume was up by 78.37 per cent at $9.79 billion.

Other Altcoins

SOL’s price was down by 0.39 per cent at $16.05 today, and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 20.37 per cent at $738.80 million.

Ripple (XRP) rose by 2.12 per cent at $0.3699 and its 24-hour trading volume was at $1.33 billion.

Cardano (ADA) was up by 2.28 per cent to $0.3218. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was at $376.92 million.  

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) was up by 2.42 per cent to $0.07858. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 38.21 per cent to $527.19 million.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) was up by 2.67 per cent to $0.000009181.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) rose by 4.71 per cent to $6,090.22. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 33.69 per cent to $26.25 million.

Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 22.61 per cent to $15.30 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 430.32 per cent to $1.15 billion.

Aave (AAVE) was up by 7.29 per cent to $65.72. Its 24-hour trading volume was at $110.6 million.
