The cryptocurrency market on December 28 was trading mixed, with a few cryptos trading in the green. Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) were trading with losses, while Binance (BNB) and Ripple (XRP) were trading with gains.
The overall crypto market cap was up by 1.31 per cent to $801.93 billion and its trading volume was down by 27.54 per cent to $28.21 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 9 AM.
Bitcoin was the top trending coin. Polygon (MATIC) took the second place in the trending cryptocurrency list, followed by Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Terra Classic (LUNC)

Bitcoin: BTC was down by 1.20 per cent to $16,655.04. BTC’s trading volume was up by 28.49 per cent at $16,032,550,663.
BTC was swinging between the range of $16,608.18 and $16,895.28 over the last 24 hours.
BTC’s dominance is currently 39.97 per cent, a decrease of 0.01 per cent over the day
Binance: After trading in losses for quite some time, Binance (BNB) was trading in the green this morning. It was down by 0.78 per cent at $245.11. The trading range was $242.56 to $247.68.
The trading volume of BNB was up by 49.02 per cent at $409,527,454.
Ethereum: Ethereum (ETH) lost 2.10 per cent at $1,198.13 in the last 24 hours to Wednesday morning.
Ethereum has been trading in losses in the last 24 hours. It jumped to the green zone only for a very brief period of time. It was trading between the lows of $1,194.75 to the highs of $1,224.32. Its trading volume levels were up by 27.9 per cent. ETH’s
trading volume was $4,426,849,108.

Solana’s (SOL) price was down by 4.74 per cent at $10.78 today.
Ripple (XRP) was up by 0.10 per cent at $0.3609 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 8.33 per cent at $940,953,350.
Cardano (ADA) was up by 3.84 per cent to $0.2561. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 29.31 per cent to $178,314,219.

Dogecoin (DOGE) was down by 4.32 per cent at $0.0717. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 45.70 per cent at $355,932,206.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) was down by 2.50 per cent to $0.000008087.

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was down by 2.13 per cent to$5,399.96. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 43.87 per cent at $15,207,694.
Avalanche (AVAX) was down by 2.17 per cent at $11.14 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 42.89 per cent at $133,384,083.
Aave AAVE) was up by 1.46 per cent at $56.37 . Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 55.19 per cent at $53,092,877.
